do you know who said that? Gratitude is NOT hard. I'm so thankful, in this new year that God gently reminded me that I have EVERYthing to be thankful for. I wasn't being thankful and I was NOT happy. amazing how that works. Humble yourselves before the Lord and He will lift you up. And one more thing. You know Psalm 100 where it talks about entering God's courts (gate) with praise? In Bolivia every house has walls/gates...sometimes with lots of pieces of broken glass on top...and usually dogs too. To keep the family "safe". So what I figure is the "safest" place to be is inside God's "gate" praising. The happiest place too.
