God Gave us Two! (with a surprise ending)

We talk about babies a lot in this house.  In fact, little girls put stuffed animals under their shirts and give birth in miraculous seconds throughout the day.☺There is no adjustment when a baby doll or webkin is born...however, this mommy remembers... a new toddler's enthusiastic love for her baby sister that kissed her nose and mouth simultaneously causing newborn to scream for breath.  It is not easy all that new love! Toddler wonderings are sometimes not yet formed into words.  In this sweet book Little Polar Cub expresses some of these "new baby" feelings

"Mama, why do you need a new baby?'
"if we don't like the new baby, can we send it back?"

"will the new baby look like me?"
"Maybe," Papa said.  He held out his paw and caught some snow.
"All these snowflakes are bright, white and wet.  But each one is different.
Same Maker," he explained, looking up at the falling flakes,
"but he's a creative Creator.  We'll soon see, won't we?"

special thanks to littlest girl  who likes to read God Gave Us Two
(and has in fact survived all of her big sister's lovin').
